"Majestic Elegance was amazing. We went 3 years ago and some of the restaurants were close and the club but this year everything was open and operational. I love all the restaurants especially the Japanese and the buffet for lunch. The buffet has a lot of variety of food for breakfast and lunch. We loved the beach, always kept clean. The pool and swim-up bar was amazing. Huge thanks to the bartenders at the swim up bar - Layner and Juan Daniel always so nice and attentive. Also, the servers: Pedro that has been there for more than 15 years and Rigoberto were servicial and always attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommended and would go back again. We were 3 couples in our early 30s and we had fun. "

"La estadía fue de 3 noches.. muy callado en las noches..el Servicio al Cliente (JULIAN) fue espectacular por el día no habian muchas actividades.. en las noches habia una discoteca de 11pm a 2am donde ponian todo tipo de música, antes de esto habian unos Shows en el teatro.. empezaban a las 6pm ... la playa por la época habia mucho salgazo(seaweed) pero todo se paso en general muy bien...!!"

"the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. The driver didnt even open the trunk so we could get our own bags until he saw which one of us had his tip handy. Unfortunately for him, that guy was me, and once I realized that we had to get our own bags from the van, my ten dollar bill went right back into my pocket. Transpotation (again, GOMAJESTIC) made an absolute clusterfuck out of getting back to the resprt following an afternoon excursion. My party of 5 was rushed to hurry up and get on a 3:00 shuttle that never came. The 430 that we were then told we would be on was overbooked and I was separated from my party and made to ride in a different van that wasnt even originally going to the Mirage. I was told I could be the last drop off for this other van, or I could wait for the 6:00 shuttle. DO NOT EVER USE GOMAJESTIC FOR YOUR TRAVEL"

"Stayed for a week with my girlfriend. It was a wonderful stay!!! Good food, nice rooms, the beach was beautiful. No complaints at all from me! The staff were all so nice, it was really a wonderful vacation!"

"Stayed here for 8 days, early May, all inclusive. PROS - Variety and amount of food, pools by beach are AWESOME, towel service (no need to bring beach towels with you), music at pools during day, access to beach, tons of beach beds and chairs on site, food available 24/7, RIU games during the day like darts and cornhole, employees are very nice, rooms are clean CONS - Its an "adult only" venue, meaning no kids. More of a party atmosphere. The music can be a bit loud at night. Younger crowd, but us 40 somethings still fit in. Overall nice, but we still like Florida beaches better. But, GREAT bang for your buck. All inclusive packages are SUPER nice! "
