I Zelle the money to my daughter. So the shuttle took a lot longer to get to front desk so my daughter could pay for breakfast, I told him let my daughter tap one payment, he let her tap two time with international fees. Then when I try explain they brush me off with there Dominican accent, never believe that my child will pay, they treat classy black folks rude. I start arguing with him,his understanding skills is poor, the front seat should hve fluent English and Spanish so I rate front desk 0/10. Do not let prestige trick u, nd premium also drop me at the wrong terminal A instead of B, I got walk to my terminal, stressful airport front desk, sad hve nice day"

"Terrible Week. Booked two rooms for my family and asked to have them next to each other, but the rooms weren't even in the same building. First night found cockroach in my room. Reported it and nothing was done so I trapped it under an overturned garbage can. Second night took a shower and the drain didn't work...water throughout the floor of the entire room. Reported both issues and they sent exterminators with respirators to spray poison. I told them I didn't want to sleep in a room with my kid that has poison but they didn't want to give me another room. I had to complain to three different people before I got a new room. Some slides at the water park were closed and never opened for the whole week. They stopped providing rides to the water park from the hotel so my kids and I had to walk it. Food was not great. My daughter was very ill from an undercooked hamburger served at the beach. Toilet in new room stopped working. They tried selling me on a VIP experience the next time I stay there...when I explained why I will never go back to that hotel the guy simply said, "Oh, okay, bye". Not once did any representative try to make things right. They truly don't care about the guest experience. "
