Our family had a great time! Everyone was very friendly and willing to help make the stay comfortable. The food and drinks were good. Two things I feel need work include the overall cleanliness and also the check in process.

Room was clean, grounds were unkept, staff was very friendly especially Adonis the butler. Beach was beautiful and daytime activities were a lot of fun. Food was ok some restaurants better than others. Night shows were good especially Fire and Circus shows. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Although check-in coyld be faster, the staff was super friendly & accommodating. Special thanks to Danilo in the front desk for his smile, Jose for a friendly service in the grill are at the dinner buffet, and Franklin service at the bar by the beach. Our stay was short but memorable. Would definitely stay again at this resort!
