Customer service needs to improve, you ask for something they reply to you with attitude look like they get bother when you ask, the most I enjoy was the tropical view by I won’t return to this hotel.

Save your time and money and go someplace else. We paid for platinum, the fruit basket and beach bag that was to be included were not in the room. Out of 6 nights we receive turn down service once was suppose to be nightly, then there was only 2 bath towels daily. Advertised beach side wait service with the platinum package this didn't happen ever. Swimming pools close at 6 pm nightly which is odd and did not offer lifeguards. The buffet was HORRIBLE and the staff did not refill the food on the buffet even when asked about getting more peanut butter the staff worker took the bowl and just put it back on the buffet. Getting water to drink when at breakfast took nearly 20 minutes and no refills. Awful wait service at the general seating for the buffet. The service in the platinum section of the buffet was very good. The only way to stay here is if you pay for the upgrades, however you have to ask for every little part of the platinum package. Just stay somewhere else you would be happier.

I loved the animation team and the intentionality with creating activities to keep guests entertained. I also loved the fun activities and options for kiddos. Overall, it has the potential to offer a wholesome experience for the whole family. The rooms and shared areas can be cleaner for sure, that’d be my only major complaint.

Stuff is rude, slow and untruthful. Everyone is trying to over charge you. Communication is hard because nobody is speaking English. Rooms are dirty and have really specific smells. Pillows are terrible. Even if you complain about it u will get the same ones or worse. Food is just ok, but you can ended up waiting 20 minutes to just get a glass of water. Also, when you schedule transportation for your suitcases please be aware they will not come so better to carry everything alone in a order to be on time for your flight.

My sheets and towel smelled like old dirty mop, my comforter had a swimsuit liner from the previous person, there was a dirty towel from the previous persons hanging in the closet and there were three dead bugs on the wall. I had to wait overnight to have my room changed. Some of the staff members weren't nice either.

We found the Caribe Deluxe Princess to be beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. You’re greeted with beautiful scenery and an abundance of wildlife, like iguanas, peacocks, and flamingos, all around the property. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Stephanie and Francis at the Beach House rooftop bar!), and our room was comfortable. We liked the 3 pools, and the beach was outstanding. We didn’t appreciate that the restaurant situation is not what’s promised. You have to be checked in to make reservations, and they only open 2 days of availability at a time. When we arrived, we couldn’t book anything at all - the restaurants were all marked full or closed. We finally had to spend 30 minutes arguing with the front desk before they overrode the system and gave us reservations for 3 of our 4 nights. Many other travelers we talked with had the same problem. Our biggest complaint has to do with the other guests, which isn’t the resort’s fault. There were tons of rude people who would literally shove their way into the food lines from the wrong direction or let their toddlers run rampant. Some would leave their food and trash all over the pools and the beach, including dirty diapers. It would be nice if there were an adults-only or 12 pool area. As with other tropical resorts, bath and beach towel availability is a major problem - hold onto your towels! Overall, we had a great trip. The resort is truly beautiful and has an amazing beach.

My family loved it. The only downside is that we were only able to make reservations to One dinning a la carte out of 4 nights - we were just not explained how the reservations worked and when we asked it was too late to get anything reserved.

I would like to write an honest review about my opinions on this property because it would’ve been helpful, had I read one myself .. This property was very misleading from the start. We booked an all inclusive hotel however, when we got there in order to get decent service, they encouraged you to pay for platinum upgrade . Totally not Worth it they said you would get better Wi-Fi, which was false. My Wifi hardly worked. I was on my network most of the time. They said you would have poolside waiter service, which was false. We only had a waiter on the last day there for a few hours. 4 day stay, Also w/ platinum they gave you two upgraded restaurants dinners, one of them was outside with no AC, very uncomfortable to even enjoy your meal. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite and the AC was horrible in there. The power had gone out one day it took several calls to get someone to come to the room, I called to ask for fan.. The reception person who answered the phone said their AC is having trouble throughout the whole property and there was nothing they can do. The food was horrible not a huge variety for being an all inclusive hotel very unorganized and limited selection I have been to DR and have stayed at Grad Palladium huge difference in the quality of food and customer service. I regret not staying there again or not doing my homework on an all-inclusive property. This hotel had lots of locals who stay there, which is fine. It’s just very busy and noisy.

The reception staff has to improve their customer service skills, they toss all your requests into the garbage, and they lie to you all the time. The food is minimal and of poor quality, and the service is terrible, you have to ask plenty of times for attention, drinks and water are only served after multiple requests. The staff treats you nicely but it looks like they are not well trained for what they are doing, and the supervisors do nothing to correct the issues.
