Resort is beautiful, well layed out and kept groomed and clean. Beach area was amazing as well as the 3 pool areas. Staff very friendly and restaurants and food was plentiful and delicious, something for everyone. Only snag was having clean towels in room, very minor . Highly recommend.

Awesome awesome resort for the money. Staff is great. Take negative reviews here with a grain of salt, mostly Karen’s who get frustrated every staff member doesn’t speak perfect English (fyi DR is a Spanish speaking country)

Had 3 huge pools, enough to accommodate the resort guests. Rooms were very spacious, with 2 bathrooms with showers. Grounds were kept extremely clean, staff were very polite and personable. A-La-Cart dining was fabulous and tons of variety of food at the buffet. Great walkable beach, saw security on the beach so felt safe. Lots of beach huts and chairs for shade while on the beach.

Very clean resort.Friendly staff ,we love the adults top bar.The bartender there was super nice .Only suggestion we have is to have coffee machine next to the beach. Every morning you need to go for coffee to the loby.Some people prefer to have coffee at the beach.

Apparently there’s a character limit, so I need to make this brief. I’ve had 6 years of formal education in Spanish, and can get around with the language - my pronunciation isn’t perfect, but other resorts this was fine OR they knew English. At this resort this was not the case. I had multiple staff roll their eyes multiple times like I was wasting their time (Sports Bar, Nopal Tex-Amex reception, and the swimup bar). They made me feel like garbage for trying, but worst of all when I told them easy things “Vodka & Orange Soda”, they got it wrong upwards of 3x. It was like I was screwed either way I tried. The sports bar staff were egregiously bad and got to the point where they’d make and deliver 3 other ppls drinks that came to the bar AFTER I did before even starting to make mine. We tipped collectively over $300 this vacation in cash, but it just got worse as the week went on. Way to make us feel unwelcome. The “clean” linens delivered the one day were not washed & had a literal footprint on the hand towel & a mystery substance. The housekeeping staff walked in on my husband & 3 other friends while they were naked, and when they said “no no no!” They still walked completely into and across the room. We loved getting waters, but not while totally naked! The food was mediocre except the specialty restaurants. The wifi was very bad. Facilities were nice, beach beautiful. Surrounding area was ROUGH. If they could get staff to be less rude we’d return. Not sure otherwise
