"Overall, this hotel was good. Food was good, the room and pool were clean. Only drawback was staff sometimes seemed very distracted but when they weren't, they provided good service."

"Ocean was not visible from our room unfortunately, my wife loved the spa, Staff was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and always very curious. Room was always clean and stocked with drinks and snacks, beautiful rooms very comfortable."

"Room was musty smelling and the room fridge was never restocked, even though we well tipped the housekeeper every day. The room was in disrepair: living room TV had no remote and didn’t work. Closet door needed two hands to open and close. Large section of trim in bathroom missing. I will give the dining and most of the pool service staff a great job, they were awesome! Guess tipping people in person makes all the difference."

"Pros: The grounds are well maintained, staff all super friendly. Pools were great and the beach while crowded was still a highlight with soft white sand. Cons: rooms are extremely outdated. First night our toilet broke at 11 pm, they could not move us to a new room so we waited for maintenance to find a replacement piece. On night 4 the shower that should be attached to the wall fell on my husband… this time they had no choice to move us. Second room was better with updated bathroom. This resort could be great if the room get a full overhaul. Food was average at resort, we were never hungry but don’t expect anything super foodie"

"The resort is very clean however the rooms a bit outdated our main door was broken no one came to repair The pools are amazing , beach 10 minutes walk They prioritize the dimond members which makes us feel left out if you are a regular member The staff in general not very friendly, not smily and can’t respond to any requests, the only staff that is amazing are the entertainment staff Italian restaurant not good at all My phone was stolen at the restaurant and security had to go get it where the staff stays overnight , I got no excuses at all it’s unacceptable "
