My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. Starting from the check in, Manuel was excellent! Our room was beautiful and clean. The food was good. We specially liked Naan, Taino, the buffets were also very good. Overall it was a great experience and a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda.

All amenities were 9/10 for an all inclusive resort I would definitely come back. The rooms are renovated and well up kept. Majority of the staff are wellcomibg, kind and attentive, especially Manuel (private concierge/butler and Natelyn (front desk staff). The property is very big so if you stay at Esmeralda specifically you can enjoy some amenities at the other properties. À la carte restaurants like the Mongolian and French ones are very tasty and high end for an all inclusive resort.

Manuel at the front desk was very helpful for our group, especially given we were traveling with two other parties. He was able to place us in rooms close to one another and arrange Al La cartes as one group. Oscar in our building (90) was often asking how we could help make our stay more enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Richard in the buffet was very enthusiastic and attentive.

We have being in several AI hotels in Cancun and the Caribbean and this one without a question is at the top of our list. The staff is awesome, we can´t name one person who wasn´t nice to us. Kudos to the entertainment team, they will keep you busy the whole day with a bunch of activities. And the girls at the kids club, they are amazing, it shows they just love working with kids. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beach was very nice. The buffet and the "a la carte" restaurant also good but ask for suggestions since some are better tan others. We are already planning on going back this summer!!

My room was clean. I got clean towels anytime I needed. The minibar was restocked! I loved that! The only thing was I chose ADULTS ONLY resort and I ended hearing kids crying and running all the time. Which was disappointing.
