"The first and most important thing I should Mention is the quality of the food. Everything from the buffets, the restaurants and the coffee shops; we’re amazing. Like actually delicious food. My biggest issue with all inclusive resorts is food quality. This is my 4th resort in Punta Cana and this by far has the best food and service. Report grounds are immaculate. No roaches running around. No trash on the beaches or in the pools. The seaweed was raked daily. Only thing is say that is no fault of the resort is people wake up at 6am and stake claim on pool chairs and beach cabanas. Which is beyond annoying. But atmosphere was chill , not a ton to do but for us it worked. I wanted sun, beach, good drinks and excellent food. Also, my boyfriend proposed on this trip and guest services helped him in every way to Make it all so memorable. 10/10 I’d recommend this resort."

"This property is fairly new and the room options are amazing. We chose a two-bedroom connecting room option room. They call this a one bedroom mm. One for my husband and I with the King and our girls had two separate queen size beds, also giving us two bathrooms for a family of five. My girls love that our rooms ended in six and seven. If you know, you know. I loved how welcoming and engaging all the staff was. The only drawback are the many people on the beach trying to sell you trinkets, excursions, etc. Plan to barter and bring cash if you want to buy souvenirs from them which are usually comparable to what was offered the store for the hotel. But in keeping with today's ways they also took venmo, PayPal, etc Don't get me wrong. I took advantage of some of these moments, especially photos with the monkeys. I personally love that. The food options were good Especially enjoyed the different restaurants in the evening Mexican & the steakhouse no reservations so getting there early to put your party's name in is key. The staff also encouraged involvement in games like soccer or volleyball. Dancing, lessons, etc. You could either choose to be involved or just chillax by the pool or ocean. My favorite thing was that they offered a room with three women and three men showers. on our last day we were able to enjoy the beach all day and then shower and get ready for our night flight home."

"The hotel was amazing in general and the staff was awesome people, the staff makes you feel like family from day one, the staff also made the hotel feel exceptional.I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.The food and the drinks were amazing and the spa was super unique experience.I really love the place , the staff people and everything there. Definitely the decision was choosing the best hotel. I recommend 100%."

"En sentido general la propiedad se mantiene, siento que el entretenimiento debe mejorar, Lo negativo por ejemplo hoy el Gate House no permitió entrar la van que debía recogernos para el aeropuerto de la misma compañía que nos llevó al hotel, del Lobby del Aquamarine llamaron y al final debimos esperar a que un transporte nos trasladará por la negativa de seguridad."

"This was a nightmare vacation, the worst ever with Royalton.we arrived at 2 pm and check in was at 3pm. Was told go eat and come at 4 wich is unacceptable but ok.when arrived at 4:15 was told they would assign our 2 swim out rooms.We go to the rooms bell dot just drops us and leaves asap,guess what there were people in 1 room , in the other room a sign don’t disturb, bell boys sad you have to wait but we don’t know when they will leave, I had to walk back to to front desk, they sad without apology we give you other rooms and not next to each other wich I haves 3 year old and my 75 years old parent, that was the point of vacation to be together. So fine , we go to other rooms assigned guess why lol there are still people inside on the room, we thinking we are on a hidden camera or something.i go back to the front desk again without apology they gimme a piece of paper with another room, I go with the baby in the heat is already 6pm. Guess what still people inside , unbelievable, go back again for other rooms, they assign the 3 room , air conditioner not working, again to lobby assign another room, broken toilet , shower leaking , moldy bathroom.i finally gave up by 8pm, talked to expedia told me they can’t get in touch with hotel have to wait 72 hours,I finished my vacay expedia just emailed me saying giving 500$$ key cash which i haven’t credit it yet, nightmare. Food sucked, no bottle water at the resort except the room, facilities falling apart even though is a 8 year resort"

"Beautiful spot and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Very clean and nice assortment of activities but not a big party science which is what we liked! Could find quiet spots away from the pool with swim up bar. Special shoutout to Christian and Jacob at the front desk and Cesar the bell hop and Camille at the pool. "
