"They gave a random person from a different resort a key to my room because they “were looking for me” and food was horrible The room was clean and nice. Hire more people that speak English instead of having people look for there and room for 30 minutes and staff is unable to help do better. "

"First the bad. The main restaurants reservations availability is lacking. They need add more availability. The 24/7 bar food is not the best and should at a minimum include pizza. The Ice Cream shop is only open from like 6 pm to 10 pm...But the Ice Cream is fantastic. Now the good. The property is amazing, the staff are fantastic and are very friendly. The food at the main restaurants is fantastic!! The food at the food trucks is very good. And of course the drinks are off the hook!!! The grounds crew are simply amazing, they keep the property sooo clean. We will be back"

"We love the pool. Also, the beach was perhaps the most amazing beach we have ever been on. Truly sugar like sand. We could walk for miles. Food overall was just OK. The buffet by the first pool was much much better than the buffet by the beach. Also, the bartenders at the pool bars were amazing. Alberto, Albi, Yadelina and the others made it so much fun. Entertainment was fun also. “King Kong “was a lot of fun. We kind of got suckered into going approximately 10 minutes outside of the resort for souvenirs, but it was simply a tourist trap. It was free transportation, but they just wanted to get you there so you would buy some things. Really enjoyed the local drink, mamajuana. Again, can’t stress enough how amazing the beach is here. Overall, a really nice stay"
