Excellent facilities and customer service, although it took a while for them to address any problems we had. I requested to have a birthday greeting posted on the door of my bedroom but they didn’t. I also requested that the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday to my mum but I guess they forgot it. I paid for one more day at the hotel, and it took them a day to decide which room to give me—in the end, they gave me the same room.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A 5 STAR, BEDBUGS, WORSE SERVICE EVER, ONLY ONE CAFE BAR, DIRTY RESTAURANTS, ABSOLUTELY DO NO RECOMMEND!

Good luck trying to get in touch with Customer service. I had to walk to 2 different lobbies inside the resort to have it fixed and that was a nightmare. My room door would not open and I had to tell customer service at the front desk over 5 times to have it fixed. It took 3 hours for them to send someone after countless walking to get help and telling them to fix it and even then it was a cat and mouse game. They said someone would be at the room waiting for me so I would have to wait outside the room door waiting for an hour when they said it would take 10 minutes. My girlfriend and I also felt uncomfortable during our stay because when we sat at the bar for drinks the bartenders were making low remarks thinking we wouldn’t hear them talking about us how I happen to be white and she’s Latina pretty much stereotyping her. Not cool, honestly not the greatest resort I been too. Don’t plan to come back..

Pd. Te hacen sentir especial desde el principio a fin y súper recomendado que si estás aquí no puedes dejar de ir al Sport Bar los chicos y chicas son maravillosos.
The property was fabulous. The food and service was fabulous. There was a lot of beauty and activities one could participate in. The resort is with several other resorts and the properties all run together which can be confusing until you get the lay of the land and have some landmarks. If there was anything to complain about the internet was not great and even with paying additional for premium it cut in and out routinely. Also wished there was a bit more authentic food offered in buffet but there is plenty of variety and if you go hungry it’s your own fault. Highly recommend. Traveled with a friend who has not been there and expectations were surpassed on day one. Enjoy!
