Not a Family hotel; just because it has a Castle does not mean it is for kids the resort. There is a regular bar inside the Castle, and the rooms do not have anything for families. Also, Kid's Club staff, unfortunately, is not the best; they are lazy and not really in charge of your kids. As a recommendation, go with your kind and spend time with them over there. The only thing we liked about it was that the food was good outside the main buffet. The buffet is too crowded and noisy.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. This is a 1 star hotel! I was fooled by all the good reviews about this property. Most of reviews about this property are fake. The food is terrible, the service is horrible and the property is run down. I would never go back to this property again.

My son was caughing every night really bad we couldnt sleep, then realized it could be from fungus... as i saw something black on the ceiling after few nights... also saw workers painting a ceiling in one of the rooms you could smell the huminity in the room the longer we were there the stronger it was. Also buffet food was not that good.

We got sick for most of the vacation the water system there is no good, and lack of local varieties of food or drinks Our room was next to cleaning room, we were unable to sleep cause of the noise,,,, We couldn’t wait to get home Very disappointed

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Few areaS of improvement- before I flew in to the resort and being vegetarian I was interested to dine-in at the Indian restaurant few times during my stay. When I checked in I had realized that this restaurant was booked for few weeks. I was not happy to hear that. I wish they can have multiple Indian restaurants inside resort considering how famous this restaurant. Other thing is entertainment was mostly in Spanish.
