Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
場所はいいけど…
フェリーターミナル、ADOのターミナルに歩いても3分で、まちの賑わいの中にあるなど、ロケーションは最高ですが、部屋のつくり、清潔さなどオススメできるような感じではありません。また、エクスペディアから支払いだと思ってたのに、予約だけと言われ、支払いさせられました。二重に払ってないか?と気分が悪いです。今もスッキリしません。 どっちなのか、はっきりさせて、解決をお願いします。
