Loved everything, just felt the need of a map at the beginning and a better knowledge on how to book the dinings as they were fully booked by the time we figured how to. A better explanation on how things works and where they were should have been provided at check in.

Was very excited to come to Atelier after hearing the great reviews about the resort and the food here- but was oversold and underwhelmed. Will say there are food choices that are great and the staff is very attentive, helpful and kind but there aren’t many different amenities / attractions to see if you’re staying more than a couple days.

This was our first time staying at Atelier. Overall we had an amazing experience. It is very quiet, not overcrowded, and a great place to stay if your main goal is to relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. It is not a “party” property. All the staff was extremely attentive and eager to assist. We did have minor issues with a ceiling leak due to the hurricane but they offered us an upgrade to the Inspira beach and rooftop pool. We would definitely come back, we loved it!!

Best inclusive resort in Cancun. The resort is absolutely beautiful and most importantly, safe. This is my third time in Cancun, twice we stayed at the hotel zone and this time we wanted to try something different. Playa mujeres beaches are so much better, barely any seaweed, cleaner and safer. Since it’s private, you don’t have people trying to sell you souvenirs, drugs, while trying to relax on the beach. Lastly, the restaurants are top-notch! Every single restaurant was excellent and there are plenty of options, for vegans too! I would definitely be back!

Loved our time at Atelier! Food and lodging were a step above other all-inclusives, and the service was out of this world. It really felt like there were 2-3 employees for every guest, and they struck the right balance between being helpful and intrusive. The one hangup for us was something outside of their control (it had rained heavily just before we arrived, so mosquitos were everywhere, despite fumigation). We will definitely be back.
