"Overall the hotel was great! Our room got upgraded to the 27th floor from the 9th! It was spacious for 2 queens. The staff were nice and helpful. The only downside at all was the lobby is on the third floor, not the first, so it’s a little confusing."

"It’s was difficult paying for the whole 4 days when we first arrived, we dint receive house keeping on the second day, they left some trash behind after we asked to get taken out.we had to request a mini fridge to our room and there was no microwave available on the room either."

"I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. If no one hasn’t told you this before I will, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and the elevators were not working. The first night we called down to the desk because we went to leave and couldn’t. We were in the 20th floor. They said the elevators were broken and to use the stairs. We said that is 20 flights and I have a medical condition where I cannot walk far. They just said sorry that’s all you can do. So we were stuck in the hotel all night!!!!!! We were only in NYC for 2 nights and paid a lot of money to be here!! They couldn’t have cared less. It was just an awful experience. Staff seemed unbothered. Awful awful just don’t "

"The Sheraton Tribeca delivers in the most unpretentious manner. The view from the 19th floor was amazing but it was in addition to the effortless service we received at check in/out. The room? Clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. For me, the test for any hotel is: Would I want to stay there again? The answer is a resounding yes! "
