"I stayed at this hotel for my overnight layover at LHR and it all went without any problems. The room was great, clean and quiet. The hotel is in Terminal 4 and it is easy to find following the signs from the terminal. Even though I had landed late in the evening, the trains that connect terminals were running and there was someone at the hotel to let me in and to check me in."
