"Its all about convenience being inside T3 (land-side). It's basically a shoe box with no windows, bathroom is very, very small and water floods the entire space. No luggage storage facilities Indifferent staff."

"I stayed at the Thistle on a layover at Heathrow. It was a quick and enjoyable pod ride to the hotel and the automatic check in was very efficient. Managed to check into my room within less than an hour from touching down. The room is the standard English hotel room, the bed is comfortable, and everything I needed was there. I would have liked to get something at the restaurant but found myself falling asleep right away! Great place to stay on a layover from Heathrow. I would definitely go again."
