Although an Ibis property, it has good-sized rooms. Very clean. Great access to Heathrow.

Very welcoming front desk ,Shania, and a gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not get, brought my luggage to the room. Thank you. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety of offerings plus it went to 10'30am. I had evening meals there as well and the waitress was friendly and provided excellent service. Not much in the area so I was pleased with their options which also had a bar. Great location for Heathrow.

Food was kinda reheated frozen quality, and therefore overpriced. Room itself was adequate and would chose to stay there again.

We never got to stay at this hotel! Our plane was delayed in the US for 10 hours. We missed the cancellation window by 1 hour because they kept saying we were goin 2 hours late! The refused to allow the cancellation! Very disappointed!

Convenient in terms of getting to the London Heathrow airport. You take bus route 423 and station 6 and get off at the Esso on the left side. I was a upset because I had been traveling all day and just wanted a queen bed to sleep in. Upon my arrival they lady at the front desk gives me the key to my room without telling me that she gave my queen bed away to someone else ( when I had confirmed early in the morning prior to arrival that I would be checking in around 11pm and a queen bed). She could tell that I was so not happy about having 2 single beds instead of the queen bed that I originally booked and not to mention paid more money for. She offered a free continental breakfast which started at 6:30 and I had to be out by 6:30 to get to the airport. Fortunately the breakfast was set up around 6:20 so I did get a breakfast but the scrammed eggs were horrible so I opt for the hard boiled eggs with sausage and coffee which wasn’t too bad. The room did not provide lotion which was a bit odd and only shampoo and body wash. Overall around 6/10
