Room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. However, this is the only positive aspect of our experience. The room was incredibly hot, even when turning the air conditioning on to the highest setting. It was noisy with guests being heard coming and going and all common arrears could do with updating and being kept clean. Worst of all, the staff do not care about providing good customer service. The lady at reception did not smile once when we checked in and did not provide info on things such as WiFi, where to find facilities in the hotel, etc.
We pre ordered room service breakfast for 9-9.15am the following morning. When the food hadn’t arrived by 9.25, we went to reception to ask what the delay was. The same lady at reception then told us that we had placed the order for 9.30-9.45am, to go back to our rooms and that the food would arrive soon. When the food arrived at 9.40am, it was brought in by two young guys who looked very scruffy, didn’t have a uniform on and we’re sniffling all the time which wasn’t pleasant considering they were carrying food. We then saw the order card which we had submitted the previous evening which clearly stated we had ordered breakfast for 9am. When raising this with reception and explaining how insulting it was that they tried to lie to us, the staff couldn’t have cared less and only agreed to waive the room service fee when we had to ask for it. Avoid this place!!!
