"Air conditioners are in the windows so you can hear every single sound from outside. Being on Granville st it’s never quiet out there. The room itself was decent and clean. Hallways were outdated and not clean at all. Front lobby was beautiful and great staff. "

"Everything was lovely. The menu breakfast was a surprise as I expected a buffet. It was enormous! Everything perfect except the noise. We were on the street side and we both struggled to fall asleep due to sirens and people on street. Prob to be expected. Older hotel so presumably windows could be better for noise. Lovely though and staff are great!"

"We were cold during the night. The blankets are thin and the heating was not turned on due to standing right next to my side of the bed. It was being loud and not very clean as it opened its wings, I could see inside. I did not want the air be blown right into my face like that so I put on 4 layers and slept like a rock. The mattress was king and very comfortable. The inner courtyard is very quiet with beautiful plantation of banana and palm trees. The fake grass walkways are super quiet on the outside corridors so you can`t hear the coming and goings on the floors. "
