"Were worried when we arrived as entrance looked like a building site as major renovations going on, so reception furniture covered in white sheets. No lift to our bedroom on 2nd floor (not sure if this was because of ongoing renovations) but receptionist was helpful and carried them up for us but when leaving the morning receptionist was busy and my husband had to carry both cases down himself.
