Super clean, staff was so friendly and helpful. The patio off the dinning area was lovely and had really nice heaters. The view was a 10/10.
The room has a lovely view and was spacious for a family of four. The pool was small and the tanning area was outdated.
The room was clean and the beds smelled fresh and clean. However, two of three lamps had their bulbs burned out. We expected that a room for four adults would have some privacy in the layout but the room had two queen beds 4 feet apart.
Clean and comfortable and spacious room. Hotel very quiet because it was almost empty due to the pandemic keeping people at home. Accordingly many hotel services not available, as advised when we booked. But excellent location for shopping and many nearby restaurants.
Paul, the front desk attendant was sensational! He went above and beyond normal service standards without any prompt or reason to.
Good room size and view, good breakfast (however for breakfast they did not give coupons for children ) , walkable distance to coal harbour and other shops, safe parking.
Under Covid-19 services are minimal. But, friendly. I tried to get a banana at the nearby IGA for breakfast. Had to throw it out. Your beds are fabulous.
