"Great location and nice hotel with great service!"

"Funky little spot! Staff were so kind and attentive. Rooms were very clean- tiny little bathroom but clean. Sheets were nice and soft. King bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was clean and cozy enough. The non alcoholic drink at night was a treat and water in the rooms was nice too. All and all a great spot for a little getaway without breaking the bank. And they did more for us than the average spendy hotels we have stayed at in Vancouver or elsewhere! I’d definitely stay again! "

"Great hotel and will likely stay again. Can use some updating in the public areas but nothing looked worn or tired. Only one complaint - no refrigerator in the room. A mini-bar frig was there but it was the type that automatically bills you if you take anything out and there was no room for anything we brought to be kept chilled."

"Hotel De Soleil exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were beautifully elegant, and the Christmas ambiance made our stay especially warm and enjoyable. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast—included along with parking—was outstanding in both quality and variety. I visit Vancouver twice a year, and in my 20 years of traveling there, this has without a doubt been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Five stars and beyond."
