Loved our stay, front desk was so friendly, check in was easy. I love that they have 3 shared kitchens, enjoyed myself a bagel in the morning. And the best part is it being non-profit, I love that. We booked here because it's just around the corner from the Rogers arena for the hockey game, definitely coming back.

I booked a stay through the Expedia app for two people, thinking 'shared bathroom' meant just for my partner and me. I was shocked to discover that it meant sharing with other guests! This is unacceptable service, and I’ve never encountered a hotel that operates this way. The rooms are tiny for the price, and the overall experience is disappointing. I recommend double-checking details before booking—this is not what you expect from a hotel!

Public transport nearby, walkable to the city center . But the staff are not helpful, we have luggages and having a hardtime carrying them , no one even asssist or help us. You dont feel welcome at all. Location is fine .
