We were just there overnight and didn't engage much with the staff, but the folks we saw were welcoming and the hotel room/facilities/etc were lovely. The location was super - easily walkable to restaurants and activities. I would stay here again.

It was the perfect location for my 3 night stay! Just a short walk to Rogers & BC Place, shopping close by, as well as a short walk to the waterfront. I was shocked by how nice the room was, and don’t even get me started on the balcony!(: They would change my sheets & clean my room every morning. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub and sauna, but that’s definitely a nice bonus!

The location is great as well, close to Stadium Expo Lone, and the VCC Canada line. I like how close it is to Robosn and Georgia St. Thank you for accommodating my requests as well 😀

The location is great, walking distance to lots of events. We have stayed here several times when going to the theatre or sporting events. The drain plug in the bathtub was broken and last time we stayed here the coffee pot leaks. I reported both of these matters to the front desk when we checked out, I can only hope that they fixed these problems.

The bathtub plug wasn’t working,but my entire stay was great. Bathroom was very clean. Sheets were starched and crisp. I like using the room key to go up the room. Infused Water provided at the lobby was nice. Right across from BC Place-1 min walk. 10min walk to Yaletown and waterfront.

Overall, really loved the hotel. it's location was absolutely fantastic! When we checked in, the service was subpar, but after that, staff was fine. They do use a very strong scent, so if you have sensitivities, this could definitely be an issue. We had to request that they didn't use the scent during our stay. The room was very clean and set up wonderfully. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
