Arrived hotel @9am. Knowing the room is not ready so we hold our luggages in the hotel. "Checked-in" and requested the front desk to call/text us when our rooms is ready but didn't receive any. Back to the hotel @3:30 to check, we were told the rooms is ready, but we have to repeat the same check-in progress as in the morning. Other than that, Rooms are very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Every single feature in my room was thought out in advance and choosen with supreme quality and luxury in mind. The decor, the smart lighting, interconnected tv with my devices, wireless chargers at bedside, custom light switches at key locations, the soaps, towels, bath salts, furniture, water and even a Dyson hair dryer, a decadent soaker tub strategically placed for privacy and a spectacular view of the city. All was a perfect combination of class, and quality including the mattresses comfort. In addition each staff member had more than customer service skill. They were ALL genuinely caring, classy people. We will stay here again and again.

This is a great hotel in a great location. You do have to cross a few intersections to get to local amenities, but it’s fairly walkable. A new Skytrain station is opening a block away before too long. Staff were great and were very nice in providing Expedia upgrades. Overnight parking is extra, however. I enjoy the spot and the rooms are great.

The property is super clean, and uses Dyson blow driers. Love how they used re-usable water containers on the night stand. Eliminates plastic waste. Would stay here again :)
