Excellent apartment hotel with a fantastic suite layout, easy check-in and secure access. Good location to Uber key areas. Would definitely stay here again. Appreciated the helpful and immediate responses from customer service and their ability to accommodate an early check-in for me.

We chose to stay at the Sunset due to its location and walkability to Stanley Park, the museum, Vancouver Aquarium, Granville Island and the downtown area as a whole. Richmond or Travelodge? I had a problem with my bill. Noone could help, or wanted to. I was very unimpressed by their non-existent communication system. I will not go there again...or Travelodge. Not sure which is which. The hierarchy are hidden!
