Room was amazing! Hotel is in such a convenient spot for concerts. Also staff is so accommodating it was raining outside and they lended us umbrellas to use to the concert !! Thank you so much we truly appreciated it! :) 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed me to change the name ...

Richmond or Travelodge? I had a problem with my bill. Noone could help, or wanted to. I was very unimpressed by their non-existent communication system. I will not go there again...or Travelodge. Not sure which is which. The hierarchy are hidden!

Good shopping and dining. Steveston well worth a visit.
