Location is good, our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was with big sliders was a treat. It is so rare that you get a room in a hotel in Vancouver that has lovely street views of mature trees. Would definitely stay again!

Booked for a last minute trip and the place exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, check in was smooth, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Location was convenient with many restaurants just around the corner and only a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

The property is a renovated apartment building so the king suite we had was a fully appointed space with kitchen and a small balcony, nice living room and the largest and most comfortable bed ever. Front desk staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is central and within easy walking distance of anything the west end has to offer (from sketchy to great). Would definitely visit again

Really cute accommodation in a great location. Bed was very comfortable, the AC was much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen although we did not cook. I would stay here again for sure.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable with easy access to Stanley Park and the waterfront. Front desk is not staffed at all hours but that was not a problem for us. They allowed us to check in early which was a nice treat. Parking is easy and secure. I loved this location and would stay here again.

I couldn’t say better things about this place. It’s so clean I even had my baby crawl around which I don’t even do at home haha. The kitchen is well stocked and location is prime. I highly recommend. Staff is also superior.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at The Sunset Hotel. We enjoyed the room and its modern furnishings, kitchen and accessories. Location and walkability was perfect for us; we very much enjoyed being able to walk to English Bay, across the bridge to Kitsilano and to Sunset Beach to grab a little ferry to Granville Island. The staff was very kind and super helpful. All in all a great first stay in Vancouver. We would choose The Sunset again for our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Accommodations were clean, comfortable and centrally located. Highly recommend staying here if you like to be close to many restaurants, sunset beach and the liveliness of the city.

Great place to stay in, perfect location. Everything is close by, grocery store and restaurants. Bus stops around the corner to take you to the Metro or downtown. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is very good. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Close to downtown Robson St. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely young ladies Fridge, stove, and microwave etc. The room was great for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. I only have 1 negative, the balcony view was looking out to a derelict lot and looked very grubby. I would stay at the Sunset again.

The apartment was really nice, the bed was super comfy and it has everything you need for a short stay. The location was perfect for exploring Vancouver. However their online check-in process does not highlight the need to register for car parking. This lead to an awkward check-in late at night whilst we tried to sort parking. I hope for future guests, they explain their car parking process prior to check in. Overall, I would recommend and I would stay again.
