The maid was nice. The small cafe was nice and clean all the time. The rooms are a bit out dated. The a/c unit needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was fuzz coming out of the wall A/C unit vents. Hotel is right next to a hospital so lots of ambulances coming in and out. Next to the parking of the hospital there were homeless people so made it seem like it was a little shady but they never bothered us or asked for a handout from people passing by. Overall the rooms need more of an upgrade with furniture and carpeting. Bathrooms as well need a upgrade as there patches of paint and spackle. The room came with kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink and included silver ware and cups and dishes. I would pay the extra $50 a/day if that is the difference for a nicer hotel.
