The front desk staff were completely unsupervised. We arrived early and were advised that our room would be ready in 30 minutes. Several other guests arrived after us and were told the same thing. We were asked to wait in two separate but connected areas of the lobby. We were then subjected to 45 minutes of the front desk staff laughing and yelling with each other. At the 45 minute mark a couple who arrived long after us were advised that their room was ready. When I approached one of the front desk staff to inquire about our room I received a very high handed response that basically we had no right to a room before 4 pm and furthermore this couple had a different kind of room than ours. We were suspicious that the front desk staff had forgotten about us because they were so busy partying with each other. We use airport hotels frequently and we will not be coming back to this one.

When I reserved this room to stay through Expedia, it did not state there was a parking fee. When I arrived I was notified to pay the daily parking fee or park along the street. No wear in the advertisement did it mention a parking fee.

I had an ants infestation all over my bed this morning I cannot believe I am paying or already had paid 329.00 per night. I had seen ants every day in the bathroom on the desk and a few flying ants I had killed them and didn’t think I was going to see anymore but a couple every day until my bed was covered with so many mini ants I was horrified trying to kill them all so upset. My partner is really mad because he is paying me for half the cost. I took a picture of part of my bed this morning and will post it about this hotel if I don’t get reimbursed. Horrible experience!

The property himself was o.k., but the room was terrible loud. We only could sleep a little with earplugs. We ask the Manager for a room on the other side of the highway, but they where very unfriendly and said no. So it was a very terrible stay in the night. The rooms and roomservice was good.
