The King size bed was not comfortable. Rm 1407. It is important to have a comfy bed when you stay away from your home. The Pan Pacific is considered an upscale property and comfort is crucial to a good stay.

The Pan Pacific has one of the best ocean views in Vancouver, especially from their outdoor pool and hot tub. Stayed here for my birthday. Service was excellent. I was surprised with birthday cake and a free room updgrade.it’s my favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver.
