"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel—truly one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The staff were exceptional across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping and luggage management. Everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is also fantastic. It’s very close to the Waterfront train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Vancouver, explore nearby areas, and even travel to and from the airport with ease. Our room had a stunning view of the harbour—waking up to that scenery each day was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back."

"Older hotel with great character and fantastic staff. We loved it. Great location for exploring Vancouver. There is also an awesome charming diner/bar right next door! Some rooms require shared bathrooms. Ours did not. I would definitely stay here again "

"We had a room on the 6th floor. The carpets were old and worn out. The room didn't come with a fridge or a microwave. When we asked the reception desk, they promptly sent a small portable fridge and a microwave. The rooms are pricey and parking is also expensive, due to the location. Other than that, the experience was reasonable."

"Great location! Just check the event schedule for the stadium. Roads will close and access to the hotel parking garage will not be available until the crowds have cleared. Other than that, would absolutely recommend this property!! "

"Staff were very helpful, always clean and turndown service was lovely. Our room was high up and the views were fantastic! Only downside was the renovations to main lobby and restaurant so we had to use the back entrance to the hotel and had no in hotel restaurant service. Would absolutely stay here again. "
