From the first step out of the car the service has been outstanding. All the staff was a o friendly, the valet , front desk, the bartender at the bar. I love the building, old stock exchange building. Lots of character and very modernized. The room was very nice, heated bathroom floors, comfy bed, free water and coffee. The fitness facility is amazing, it’s very big with state of the art equipment . The restaurant Hydra, is amazing, modern Mediterranean cuisine and the bar downstairs has a great vibe and amazing cocktails. I would definitely recommend this hotel, this is my new favorite hotel in Vancouver !

This is a small hotel (former Vancouver Stock Exchange) but it’s a lovely place to stay. Rooms are well designed, modern, comfortable, a bit smaller than normal hotels I stayed at but it’s one reason I loved it. It’s so cozy. Service is amazing. Staff builds a good relationship with clients. Safe. There’s a house rules in the hotel (almost like in my apartment bldg) it’s walking distance to a lot of places. The only downside I could think of is there’s not much storage. So if you’re staying for more than a week and you like to overpack, you won’t have much drawers to put your clothes into. It’s definitely my little favorite spot in downtown. Definitely coming back.

The Exchange location in Downtown Vancouver is great! Few blocks from the Ocean and Convention Centre and 1 block from PC shopping centre. Nice coffee shops around. The staff super nice! Nice L’Occitane toiletries. Coffee maker and fridge with water, milk and cream. All I all we had a great 2 week stay.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic!! We travel a fair bit and found this hotel to be perfect in every way. The staff go above and beyond to take care of your every need. The rooms are quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. There is an espresso maker in the rooms that makes delicious coffee for your convenient morning java. The location is convenient to walk to various tourist spots downtown. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
