The Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The room was relatively clean, although it could do with a good dusting. Very convenient parking, and easy access to the skytrain. Would stay there again.

Excellent stay at the River Rock Casino Resort! We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was amazing for our family of 4! We stayed on floor 6 next to the elevators on the casino side and didn’t have any problems with noise. Also it is so easy to get to from Vancouver airport to this hotel on the sky train. Just a few stops ride and there’s a sky bridge right into the resort! We were able to haul our luggage with us with no problem. It was the perfect place to stay a night before a cruise!

This was our second stay at the River Rock. We were there prior to our cruise, we arrived it was extremely late arriving due to flight delays, however even at 2:30 in the morning the desk staff were pleasant and so very helpful. None of our luggage arrived and the front desk attendant was helpful and provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the amenities in the rooms were great. We appreciated being able to have clean teeth and amenities to shower with. The location is convenient as it’s directly on the sky train line and the pedways from the hotel to the train are very convenient and make lugging suitcases much easier. The rates were reasonable, especially on a long weekend. They do have a food court in the casino has a great breakfast with reasonable rates, they do need valid ID in order for you to access even the food court. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

The property is beautifully kept and the staff is wonderful but when we were there it was hard to find a spot to just have a cocktail in the afternoon. We didn't care about the casino but wanted to sit outside at the restaurants and see the boats - that was where we were a bit disappointed as there was one of the 5 restaurants where a lovely server named Tara got us an outdoor table overseeing the marina and unfortunately all the boats were gone as they were replacing the docks. It was still a lovely, quiet and beautifully kept property. Ramsey's steak house is way overpriced though!
