A very beautiful property with lots of flowers. Very clean inside with great amenities.

It was a very nice home with several guest rooms. There was no hustle and bustle, very quiet inside. The only thing we did not like were the flat pillows, and the mattress was not plush. My neck was so sore and I had to see my chiropractor asap when I returned home, to deal with the resulting headaches. I'm a side sleeper, so perhaps they would be okay for a back sleeper.

1/2 block from Metro Bus. Quiet residential area, remodeled home, no commercial appearance. Parking is on opposite side of street, may not be close after 8PM.

VERY COZY AND CLEAN HOUSE! Wonderful location and It was convenient to taking transit. We were recently stayed here for four nights during our vacation and must say that it was a pleasant experience overall.Nice room that had everything we needed, good bed, desk, walk in closet and excellent bathroom with skylight. The owner and her son were very friendly and kindly, they would like to share with me the interesting places, the local culture in Vancouver.They are lovely and made me feel like home! It was fun to playing with cat every day. （☺️Thank you:) ）

No ensuite bathroom. No TV. No bedside table in my room, so no place to put a phone or book (but without a bedside lamp, couldn't read anyways). Soundproofing from the host family non-existent.
