They charge full price and put us in a room that was being gutted and was filthy. No flooring in the hallways. Charge a damage deposit upfront and refused to provide me with any paperwork. Totally unapologetic. Disaster!

The staff was wonderful but the rest of the experience was awful. No temp control so the room was freeing, beds are terribly uncomfortable, the room smells awful, food items in the fridge, the high way noise on the other side of the windows that leak water is very loud and the pool/hot tub I wouldn't even dare to go in. Just a few things of the many we encountered during our stay

No elevator. Had to lug my luggage to the furthest room possible. The hotel is being renovated so the hallways have all of the carpet ripped up. No parking available near the hotel. They should be renting these rooms for $85 max!
