The property is way too old. The sheets had a lot of stains, the toilet was leaking and we had a lot of spider webs and very dirty floors. This place for that price is outrages.

Could not amend reservation, because could not talk to a person until check in and issue was still not resolved. Property was dilapitated, not clean and there was garbage and broken umbrella, pallets laying around. A real eye sore and shame for Ramada. Nobody has since been able to resolve the orginal booking issue. Zero stars and will no longer consider Expedia or Ramada again in the future.

This is an OLD motel… upon check in we found a washcloth hanging over the shower head, toilet paper roll holders so rusted they couldn’t close anymore, air conditioner unit in room very noisy… I did appreciate no carpet. Just run down in every way imaginable…. Will not stay here again.

Pricey but cheapest in area at the time of booking. Reviews dont lie. Rats in the parking lot. Garbage area is a magnet for them as its not clean and due to how hot the temperature was. you could smell the garbage immediately upon exiting the building. Bed was comfy, and room ac worked amazingly. Check in/out was easy. Building shows its age for sure

For me, this hotel brought back some childhood memories, specifically from Take Your Kid to Work Day. However, my dad was a narcotics officer who would stakeout drug busts at crappy 1-story hotels. Firstly, this Ramada is a dump. There was a bug in the bathtub, and the cover on the ironing board was filthy. And the iron took 30 minutes to warm up and it doesn't even get that hot. On the positive side, because I believe positivity, the hair dryer turned on once you slide the button. So there is that. Secondly, it attracts very annoying guests. I had a room on the lower floor, and multiple times, there were some loudmouths outside my room who would not stop talking. Thirdly, there is no incentive to stay at this Ramada aside from the low costs. There are no water bottles in the fridge or free breakfast. The staff, while not rude, aren't friendly either. And I don't blame them. How happy would you be working at this dive? They have a pool but there is NO way I was going to use it haha. Fourthly, a restaurant in the hotel makes the lobby smell terrible. They require a more robust ventilation unit. I would have tried to check out earlier but I know Expedia wouldn't care and just tell me to talk to the hotel staff while the hotel staff would say to me to speak with Expedia. Whenever I book through Expedia they pass the buck. Other than these points, my stay was fantastic. Vancouver in the summer is beautiful.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID TO. Arrived at room and when I opened the door was overwhelmed by the stale stench of the room. It has laminate flooring but you need to keep your shoes or socks on as the floor was tacky/sticky. There were rings and marks on the furniture from the previous occupants. There are no easy USB charging ports so when I moved the nightstand to plug my charger in, I saw dirts, stains and spilled remnants of a drink. The outlet cover was broken as well. When I went to change the temperature on the AC, the unit was dirty with caked on dirt around the edges of the panel. This room, along with the rest of the hotel, needs a serious DEEP and THOROUGH cleaning. The icing on this cake were the guys smoking and drinking just outside my door. Not a great feeling for a solo female traveller. On the plus side, Expedia listened to my concerns and I was able to switch to a different hotel for the rest of my stay.

There is no elevator to get your luggage upstairs but thankfully the stairs are not too long, the "gym" is not what i would label as a gym, just a couple of treadmills and an eliptical, the bathroom was in very poor condition, old and outdated and a lot of the metal was rusted. Air conditioner didnt work very well, windows would bang and rattle when you closed the room door, Not sure what room is in the picture in the advertizing for this hotel but i never saw that room.
