The staff are exceptionally kind. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable, and food options for breakfast are good. It is quite close to Guildford, which has many food, shopping and entertainment possibilities (theatre close by). Many groups of young people and families stay here. It can be a bit noisy before the 10:00 o'clock quiet time - really appreciate that the hotel requires it to be quiet at that time, since I was sleep deprived on arrival and very tired!

Staff treated us like absolute garbage. Super rude and unhelpful. After driving five hours on the highway, they made it incredibly hard to even get the room that I had already been charged for. Avoid this place like the plague. This is in addition to this being our families main hotel that we’ve used for 15 years.

Very clean with caring staff. Our two queen room was clean, beds cozy, and bathrooms well lit with Dove brand shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Excellent food choices in the complimentary breakfast which included oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruits, etc. And the coffee was delicious. There's a small shopping center about a 5 minute walk away with Save on Foods grocery store, shoppers drugmart and a few restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean facility in a quiet place. Nice staff and excellent in services. Breakfast could be better. Noticed kitchen does not prepare oatmeal and options to prep for one self is limited.
