Front desk was very professional and helpful. The room we got looks like it has been recently renovated. We were able to check in a little earlier and Front Desk was very nice and pleasant. The Hotel’s restaurant was good, food and service excellent. We left our suitcases after checking out, and front desk was gracious enough to hold them for us while we went out, since we had a late departure flight. Overall good location, close to downtown and the sky train and buses. Nearby restaurants with many food choices is a plus. Easy commute to Granville Island, Stanley Park, Capilano suspensión bridge and walking distance to the Sky Train . Definitely would go back again

This hotel is located in a prime spot - convenient to Canada Place, as well as Granville Island! Yeah - there is some walking involved, but not that much, and it's great exercise! The staff is great too! The concierge had a lot of info and suggestions for getting around the city. Highly recommend this hotel! It's about 20/30 minutes from the airport, but there is a train you can take for a minimal fee, or you can take a cab (< $30 US including tip)! The hotel staff can get a cab in a matter of seconds! Again - I highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was conveniently located downtown and within walking distance to most restaurants and attractions. My only suggestion would be to have better daily house keeping. We stayed just under a week and housekeeping only came once or twice and it was a quick change of towels and empty the garbage.
