The carpets in the hallways look out of style. For the money we paid, I was expecting to find a more luxurious room with better views and in room features. From the AC not cooling all the way down to the minimum coffee drinks and paper cups. Not worth the amount we paid!

When we entered the room we found a used toothpick on the dresser. The room was dated and had a musty odour. When we went to shower the whole handle assembly fell off in my hand. Even the plug in the sink didn’t fit so we weren’t angle to shower or wash. We were given a discount on check out for the inconvenience.

Check-in was super easy despite us arriving early from the cruise ship. Alex at the front desk went above and beyond and was so friendly and just a joy! She made us feel welcomed and went the extra mile to make sure we had our rooms ready (traveling with kids and my parents and we were TIRED!). While the property is ready for a renovation, it was still clean and comfortable with wonderful balcony harbor views and a great lobby dining spot that had live music and a nice outdoor dining spot. Hotel is super convenient to the waterfront to pickup cruise ship or to catch different tours. The hop on-hop off bus also picks up right in front of the hotel!
