We had a great experience. Flight was cancelled so I. Needed somewhere to spend two days with two kids. Found this place and booked at 9am. Called them and asked for an early check in and they said yes come right away since we have a room. Arrived up with two tired and grumpy kids - staff were wonderful and the check in was fast. There’s also a little toy chest in the lobby the kids could pick a small toy to occupy them. The room was great, clean and spacious. Great kitchen amenities! The bathroom was clean and the vanity kit and shampoos etc were more than what you normally see in hotels these days. The pool and hot tub were wonderful which helped occupy the kids. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance. The beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet despite being downtown Vancouver! I have no complaints whatsoever, they really helped turn a less than wonderful travelling experience into a mini holiday for us before our actual holiday! Thanks so much, we will definitely be back!

One of my favourite hotels to stay at! It’s perfect if you like it quite or have children lol it’s very sound proof and you don’t hear people walking around. The location is close to everything. The only thing I wish is that the pool was a few degrees warmer..
