It was a great experiment we have stayed many times ! The rooms are amazing and clean and the staff is super helpful !! Location is great for convince and access to the city and sporting games ! As well as a 5 min ride from the train station super awesome ! Would recommend for sure and go again :)

Nice area everything is walkable. Staff when we checked in was so courteous and knowledgeable. They offer dining and I love our room. I wish the staff will offer that their concierge can help you with attractions booking and all that. But overall great!

Rosedale is a rarity, a fairly high quality independent hotel. It's a teensy bit dated, but everything is kept up very well and the staff is excellent. I've been staying there whenever I'm in Vancouver since about 2014. It's an overlooked gem, in my opinion.

Disappointed that the "fitness center" was just a few old pieces of equipment, places on something of a hallway between reception and the swimming pool. I specifically called about access to an indoor bike before I booked. However, both were broken. Expected more for a $300 per night hotel.

I cannot say enough about this hotel my only regret is I did not take note of the gentlemen’s names at the entry. Finishing our 10-day roundtrip I had to return/gas up the rental car and shared my notes. They redirected me to a closer gas station (which is limited in downtown) and a closer return center which was only a 10-minute walk. On my return they had noticed on my notes that we flying out of YVR and redirected me to a closer tram station. I highly recommend this hotel and would book a return stay.
