"Stayed for a week in April 2024 to attend a wedding. From the time I arrived at the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, the service was outstanding. Staff were attentive, friendly, and did everything possible to make this stay enjoyable and memorable. The room was really great, very thoroughly cleaned every day During the week, I experienced both restaurants (Mrs Mage and Collage) and Hodd's bar, the Spa (for a Fusion massage), used the Hotel's Car/Driver service, and had a number of requests for various members of staff. The facilities are outstanding, but what really made the stay exceptional were the staff. Can't recommend highly enough! "

"Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We also had to get the plumber twice since the toilet wasn’t flushing and there was running water. Felt more like a 3 start than a 5 star resort. "
