Pros: -convenient parking but with CAD15/night price tag -spacious rooms -location- near Guildford Town Center Cons: -no doorman or bellhop to help with luggages. You’d pretty much have to load and unload your luggages yourself. The cart even rolled off and hit our car causing a dent because there was no one to help at the main entrance for a hotel that big -The beds and pillows were too soft. Bad for the back and it seems they scrimped on the quality of the pillows. It was all air and too flat. Sheraton used to be known to have good comfortable mattresses and pillows. This branch didnt have those. -Had to request for bedroom slippers and robes which normally are already placed in the room upon check-in -The hotel also charges for every single local call you make thru the room. So beware. They will not tell you upfront. You’ll just get surprised at your bill. Even though 2 people at the front desk told us it was free, upon checkout they charged me. Thankfully they reversed it as a “one time courtesy”. So much for paying a high price for the rooms. -Scent of the soaps and lotions have a very strong musky scent. By the scent name “warm oak”, it seems to be more suitable for men. They should have a more neutral scent for all guests. I personally didn't like it. Quite disappointing. -hotel rates too high for the quality of services -no microwave in the room and ref too small
