This is not a three or four star hotel. This is a MOTEL!! The bed is as so soft & comfortable it was so hard to crawl out at 5am!! This motel is not in the middle of surrey’s homeless area so it felt comfortable. The towels are not super soakers but this is a motel. Not every room has refrigerator. Wifi included and speed was more than adequate. This place deserves your attention if you’re traveling to surrey and don’t need the luxuries.

This was a basic budget old motel. For my one-night, short stay it was adequate. It was located on main street and allowing early checking in.

Hotel is a little older but wasnt expecting 4 star when booked. Staff was friendly and helpful and got us in our room quickly. Unsure of surrounding area as we got in late and left early.

I wish I have researched by reading reviews from different platforms. This place is gross. It smelled like armpits perhaps because of the dirty carpets, the smell was so strong, none of us (my wife, my mother and I) fell asleep for more than 2 hours tops. And I had to paid $190 for the night. I wouldn’t sleep there again even I get paid $200 a night. Little did I know, there are really nice HOTELS closer to Vancouver, which would be so much nicer and convenient for me. I later found a nice hotel by Granville waterfront for $100 more than this sorry motel. I would avoid it with all cost.

They asked for a $200 deposit and that was the most run down place I’ve ever stayed at it was very dirty. The bathtub had stains all over it. The carpet was a mess the beds like fell over when you sat on them. It was the worst day of my life. I will never go back highly do not recommend anyone who who likes a clean space to stay here.

Stains on the rug, toe nail clippings on the rug that wasn't from us, broken glass along the walls in rug No mini fridge, no coffee pot in room, a/c didn't work properly, pool of water formed infront of bathroom from another room Staff was very inconsiderate and rude Had to get ice from neighboring hotel 100 metres away If it wasn't Canada Day weekend no refund policy and other hotels weren't booked up I would of switch hotels DONT NOT STAY AT LINDA VISTA HOTEL

The roomdid not have a mini fridge but a kitchenet in the adjacent room, which was locked and it included into the price. We said that we need a fridge and the management unlocked the kitchenet door on the condition that we will use only fridge at no additional cost.
