"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The peoperty was clean, it was in a convenient location, and the parking area was relatively safe. The hotel had a small concenience store that was open in the evenings, a restaurant that offered breakfast and dinner menus (extra costs), and a small coffee shop. 24/7 airport shuttle service was available. My only disappointment was that there was no pool, hot tub, or sauna. A nice soak after the cold days in Vancouver would have been nice. "

"Great location for exploring downtown area. Rooms are clean and updated. Beds comfortable. Only issue was with elevators. They were having mechanical issues and there was a long wait but probably not a regular problem. Would recommend it"

"I don’t live far away, so I’ve been coming to Vancouver for many many years. This is definitely the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve had in that time. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a room with the most panoramic view. One can imagine. Of course, the perfect weather didn’t help. We had an excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We were reluctant to leave our room to attend the boat show because it was such a luxurious environment. We’ve even managed to fit in a hot tub sit surrounded by the incredible scenery of mountains, water and city scapes. Location of this hotel is extremely convenient. It is close to everything that you would want to visit in Vancouver. This will be our new home in Vancouver whenever we visit. "

"Overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious and the location is excellent. There were a few things in the room that could use updating, and our air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but it didn’t bother us too much. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. This is actually our second time staying here in Vancouver, and we would happily stay again."
