Nice place to stay. Right across from the hospital so very convenient if you have medical. Food downstairs is great and Fat Noodles is just across the street from the restaurant. We will be back for sure!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The building is obviously vintage, given how tiny the rooms are. There was no bathroom fan and despite the open window, the walls would get slick and wet with condensation. Understanding inflation comes for everything, the cost of the room didn't make sense for what the room was.
Customer service was great.
The room we were given had a very strong smell of a moldy smell mixed with some sort of ambiance smell that had an intense odor, my allergies could not handle. There was a dehumidifier in the room. As I walked in, I had to walk out immediately. I requested another possible room. They had none, and was ,given a refund.
This was quite inconvenient that after a 4 hour flight I now had to find a place to stay. The receptionist was kind, did not give me a hard time, i figure they had been confronted with this before. Also parking was $29 a day! Not a friendly price. Was able to find another place where parking was $18 a day!
Reasonable price downtown Vancouver hotel. Good location as most things walkable and close to sky train. Nice rooms and helps to have minifridge in room
I like this place. It's become my go-to when I am in Vancouver. Unique hotel that is well run. On site parking, although limited, and great places to eat and drink all within a 5-10min walk.
Like that it’s downtown in the heart of Vancouver. The room feels out dated and dirty. There was a dirty face cloth in the shower from the previous person. Gross
We liked that it was right across the street from the hospital and parking was within minutes walking distance. We felt safe walking around the area to dine out. There were so many options for dining some open 24 hours. Despite being across from emergency area of hospital they had heavy drapes that reduced the noise of sirens.
