I booked this via Expedia. Room was dark , poorly lit ,not enough lamps, no towel racks in bathroom, no light near shower/tub area, high pitch whining noise all the time, air conditioner very loud, found bed uncomfortable.

Not clean, a number of items like lights and t.v. didnt work. There was a big stain in the carpet. There were a nunber of add on fees that made the cost higher than was quoted. This hotel is a tree star hotel at best and is way over priced for what you get.

We wanted a Hotel near Vancouver General Hospital. It what exactly what we wanted: Clean, quiet and close. The room was spotless and the staff we very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!
