"Renovated rooms lovely! Bathroom are tiny still makes it hard to move around but other then that nice. Check in line barely moved it was friday 2pm more people are needed only had 1 working & he was helping 3 people."

Only thing I was missing in my room I felt was microwave but that was just a call away! Front desk sent housekeeping right away to set up microwave in my room."

"Not at all the experience I would have expected from this hotel group. Room service was cold and late. The bellman was nowhere to be found. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast and there was no option outside of room service. Carpet was bunching in the rooms. Robes are stif and scratchy at best. Unfortunate experience overall."
