"Right at the outset of our stay things were excellent. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds and linens were top notch. Moreover, we had been upgraded to a room on an upper floor with a fine view. A high point was asking at checkout if a cab could be called and seeing the morning concierge go to the door and whistle. It worked! Many thanks for a grand visit. Rev. Bert Ramsey"
