"This hotel exceeded our expectations and everyone from housekeeping to barhop to doorman to front desk staff were super nice. Never felt so welcomed in a hotel by all the staff before. The soaps and lotions in the room were all L'Occitane and the best I've used in any hotel prior. Plus they smelled excellent. Best of all the hotel location in downtown Vancouver is very convenient. Couple blocks to Waterfront station on the metro that can take you straight to airport. Or a couple blocks walk to Canada Place where you can catch free shuttles to Capilano bridge or Grouse Mountain. If you're looking for a downtown hotel, this is a no brainer given its fair price and excellent location."
