The hotel is wonderful: comfortable bed & bedding, nicely appointed room & bath, lovely restaurants nextdoor plus grocery & off-license a couple doors down. It is walking distance to many things I like: Rogers Arena (saw The Cure!), Robson street, Yaletown. It is my go-to hotel when visiting Vancouver BC.

Older building that has been renovated. Clean and staff was lovely. Room was slightly noisy, being in the heart of the city. And the people above me marched around their room until 1 am!!

I was very pleased with my stay. Very clean and quiet. We loved walking around to different restaurants and shopping. Streets very clean and safe. The staff was awesome when asked where to eat or best way to get around. They were very knowlegeable.

Staff provided great service, everything is very clean. The building itself is very old, floors are steeply sloped in weird directions, making each room a disorienting stay. Washroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the sink had flies coming out of the drain hole so I plugged it with some tissue. Beds were stiff and lacked any sort of memory foam, sheets and pillows seemed to be slippery cheap polyester. Pillows themselves were mediocre in terms of loft or support.

Staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Thank you specifically to Aiden! Great location. Beds could use an upgrade but we still slept just fine. Would definitely book again.
