"I recently stayed there as my son had a hospital appointment and it was wonderful to stay right across the street and walk right in the front door of the hospital. From the outside the hotel looks old, but the rooms are renovated. It felt safe and my car was in the parking underground, which was wonderful locked up and safe. The rooms are small, but very organized and clean. I will definitely be staying there again."

"The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Our Harbourview room with a full balcony was lovely, with a beautiful view of the harbour and North Shore Mountains where we could watch the seaplanes take off and land. The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was in a great location to easily walk to many attractions, as well as to Waterfront Station to grab the Skytrain back to the airport. Thank you to the staff for making our getaway for our anniversary so enjoyable!"
