"Really enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary glass of rosé was a nice touch. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. I really loved the location next to the skytrain station. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver. "

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The peoperty was clean, it was in a convenient location, and the parking area was relatively safe. The hotel had a small concenience store that was open in the evenings, a restaurant that offered breakfast and dinner menus (extra costs), and a small coffee shop. 24/7 airport shuttle service was available. My only disappointment was that there was no pool, hot tub, or sauna. A nice soak after the cold days in Vancouver would have been nice. "

"Although I did not eat here. The front clerk was absolutely phenomenal. I truly don’t remember the last time I had such amazing customer service at a hotel. The clerk was kind,friendly,funny and make a late night check in amazing. "
